To ensure proper functioning, security and continuous improvement Carerix is scheduling maintenance on its generic features service.
The maintenance is scheduled on Friday May 9 at 20:00 CEST.
As the service underlying databases will undergo an update, it will be unavailable for a limited period of time. We expect the downtime to be between 30 and 1 hour.
The followin features and services might be unavailable for new sessions: Carerix Marketplace and its related services (e.g. agenda, AI etc.) Carerix Identity & Access Management platforn - resulting in the impossibility to login
Existing sessions are expected to be continued, however be aware that abnormalities might occur due to the maintenance.
The downtime should be limited between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
