Update - We are receiving reports about the mail taking a long time to be updated when manually trying to retrieve the mail using the Check e-mail button.

Manual refreshing/updating of the mail is still possible, but can sometimes take a while to succeed. This is because multiple customers are now using this button to retrieve mail manually.

Our technicians are still working on resolving the issue.

Identified - Some customers might experience that their e-mail is not automatically updated. This is due to problems on one of our servers. We are working hard to fix this as soon as possible.

Mail can still be updated manually by clicking on the "Check e-mail button". Another solution is to check your e-mail directly in the mailserver in the meanwhile. For example by logging into Gmail or Outlook if this is possible for you.

Identified - UPDATE
LinkedIn started releasing changes in their interface. The changes: when users now open 'show All activities' or 'show All experiences", a Pop-up will open. This update causes that our SocialBrowser plugin doesn't work anymore at all - for some customers.

It is a wave rollout. LinkedIn has started with users that have a Recruiter Lite account. Now also 'normal' accounts are updated to the new interface.

This is a high prio issue.
We are working hard to update our SocialBrowser to be compatible with the LinkedIn interface again.
