Scheduled - Between October 15 and November 2, 2026, we will carry out a major infrastructure migration to improve the stability, security, and reliability of our platform.

The maintenance is scheduled between 9 PM and 11 PM CEST on the following dates:

Each customer will be affected by a maximum of two maintenance windows during this period. During these windows, hosted services will experience downtime. Services are expected to recover after each migration.

We have reports that document generation is not always operational. We are working on a solution.

We have received reports that email signatures are not working as expected for some users. Our team is investigating this, and we will share an update as soon as we know more.

Monitoring - We have applied the PHP security patches, and most of the services we switched off as a precaution are available again.

Still unavailable:
RSS feeds – vacancy publications through RSS feeds are still paused. Job boards and websites that read these feeds won't receive new or updated vacancies for now. We are working on a solution and will bring the feeds back online as soon as we safely can.

All other Carerix services are running normally.

Identified - Precautionary suspension of selected services due to critical PHP security vulnerability

A critical security vulnerability in PHP was made public today. PHP powers part of the software running across the industry, including some Carerix services. No patch or workaround is available yet. PHP has announced an emergency security release for today, 21 October.

We have no indication that Carerix systems or customer data have been compromised. As a precaution, we are temporarily switching off the services listed below until we can safely apply the fix.

Affected services and impact:
OwnCloud – Templates can't be edited for now.
WP-Update – Updates to the Carerix WordPress plugin aren't available for now.
CXTools RSS feeds – Vacancy publications through RSS feeds are paused. Job boards and websites that read these feeds won't receive new or updated vacancies for now.
Legacy web container -> cxlabs/app.carerix.com/tools2 (bugreports, belgium idcard, cxparser, public images)
HTML Sanitizing – is switched off which can result in having pieces of html code in your emails when creating an email using a template
Images in the application (files, email headers, email footers for example) can appear broken or oddly sized

Today, Friday 23 October, at 12:30 CEST we will apply an important security update to the Carerix platform. During the update, all Carerix applications will be briefly unavailable for all customers.

What to expect
We expect the interruption to last a few minutes. We can’t give an exact duration, but we’ll keep it as short as possible.
All active sessions will end when the update starts. Please save your work before 12:30 so nothing is lost.
Once the update is finished, you can log in again as usual.


We know that maintenance in the middle of the working day is inconvenient, and we’re sorry for the disruption. Because of the nature of this patch, we couldn’t move it to a quieter time. Applying it now is how we keep your data and our platform secure.

We’ll post an update on this page as soon as everything is back up. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
